When will my order ship?
For domestic orders please allow 2-3 days for your order to process and 5-7 business days for your order to ship. At this time we cannot give an estimated delivery date for all international orders due to COVID-19.
What does it mean if my items are Pre-Order and when will I get them?
Pre-Order items are items that have not yet been released but are available to purchase. The estimated ship date, if available, will be located on the product page. As soon as your item has been released and is ready to be sent, you'll receive an email with the estimated delivery date.
My pre-order items are taking too long to ship. Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel or make any changes to Pre-order items after they have been purchased. All sales are final, no exceptions will be made.
What is the return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot cancel or modify a shipment. In the case of damaged or incorrect goods received, please contact Customer Service immediately to review and resolve.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please be sure to double check all information, including email, before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process.
Can I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed in our system. Please be sure to double check all information before checking out to ensure a quick shipping process. If you notice an error, please contact customer service immediately so we can try to fix any errors.

What if my package is lost?
IF YOU PURCHASED ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE: IF YOUR ORDER IS MISSING IN TRANSIT OR HAS BEEN MARKED AS DELIVERED (AND YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE IT) REACH OUT TO ROUTE DIRECTLY REGARDING YOUR ORDER. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING WITHIN 14 DAYS POST DELIVERY. THEY WILL COORDINATE REFUNDING OR RE-SHIPPING YOUR ORDER. TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ROUTE CLICK HERE. HAVE YOUR ORDER INFORMATION READY AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU DIRECTLY.
