Standard shipping on domestic orders - please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process and 3-5 days to ship.

Changing shipping address

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the address entered when the order was originally placed.

Am I able to cancel my order?

Once an order is processed, we cannot cancel or modify a shipment.

How can I track my order?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with corresponding tracking information.

What is the return policy?

All sales are final. * With exception of any damaged goods or incorrect item received.

To request a return

To begin the return process, please contact the consumer service team to request a return label. You will receive a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions via email.

What is the refund policy?

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation of your refund.
